Every book on here I have read from cover to cover, and most of them I have read more than once. Every movie as well, I have watched from beginning to end. These are the suggestions that I have found and picked out specifically from 100s of read books and watched movies.
BOOK SUGGESTIONS
- Hiding in the Light by Rifqa Bary
- Courage to Soar by Simone Biles
- Life Without Limits by Nick Vujicic
- Don’t Eat the Marshmallow…Yet! by Joachim de Posada
- Seeking Allah Finding Jesus by Nabeel Qureshi
- Unbroken by Laura Hildenbrand
- Love Your Life Not Theirs by Rachel Cruze
- Sometimes You Win Sometimes You
LoseLearn for Teens by John C. Maxwell - What’s So Great About America by Dinesh D’Souza
- How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
MOVIE SUGGESTIONS
- Hacksaw Ridge
- Priceless
- October Baby
- I’m Not Ashamed
- Unbroken
- Persecuted
- Schiendlers List
- Gods Not Dead
- Risen
- Alone Yet Not Alone
I enjoyed all of these movies eminsely, however some were hard to finish. Hacksaw Ridge and Scheindlers List were especially hard to watch since they are R rated and had alot of disturbing images. Hacksaw Ridge had a lot of grisley gore and violence, however I was able to watch the whole thing without looking away. Scheindlers List on the other hand, was a bit harder to watch. I had to look away several times due to the horrific events of the Holocaust. One event especially I remember I had to look away was because all the Jews were being made to parade around naked while the Nazis looked on and laughed. I had to look away during this scene because I just couldn’t bare to watch it.
Great book suggestions! I love Hiding in the Light. And Alone Yet Not Alone is an awesome movie!

Hey Ani! I was wondering if you read the Acknowledgements and the prologue and the epilogue of a book…I don’t because I think they are boring.

I read the epilogue, but not anything else. I agree, they are boring!
